Save Wesley

All right, I know the character was kind of annoying, but Wil Wheaton is pretty cool. If you want to give the poor guy a break, take a second and go to the TV Guide Star Trek quiz and vote for anyone but Wesley for the "most annoying character".

I mean, hasn't the guy taken enough abuse? If you don't believe, just go ask him for yourself.

Ya know, Wil seems like a nice guy and all, but I wish he'd find himself a job. Other than blogging about looking for a job.

I didn't like Wesley episodes because they made him out to be such a painful geek, and that brings back bad memories. We do save starships, but our social skills are lacking. Tetherball though, we rule.

That's all the oblique references I could pack into that last paragraph without structural failure.
