475 and that includes one mis-click (I hate touch pads). I also hate New England...:) I'm not surprised at Jason's score. I remember sending out prize support and asking him for the postal codes for all those states that start with 'M'.
I could draw a better map of the US in second grade! What lame graphics. Guaranteed to produce misclicks. Jesus, Rhode Island is not on the east coast! 475.
Shocho -- No kidding. I had trouble finding Massachusetts, for Pete's sake. I might have done a little better in the Midwest if the shapes had been more accurate.
490 for me. And it would have been 500 but for the incredibly crap-tastic map others have bitched about. It somehow reduces Maryland to the shape of a slice of pie. And it renders the whole Connecticut/Rhode Island/Massachusetts set impossible to differentiate.
Let me also add to the bitching the fact that it renders the states you get completely dark. For a while, it can actually become HARDER to ID a state than it should be, because you've lost the context of the states around it.
Yeah, whoever designed this game make a big big BIG time "form over function" mistake.
meoyyyzi? Is that the noise a cat from Chewbacca's home planet makes?
I really do suck at Geography. I know a little about the US now that I've driven through the better part of it, but I quit the Europe version at around -400 points. Just for the record, I am embarrassed to say that I have no idea where Norway is.

500. I was always good at the "Maps of States" category in Tic Tac Dough.
465. I used to know them all, but those midwest states all blend together in my mind now.

Kathy, I don't think 425 equals "sucking." You have to change the blog name to "Sucking at Geography 1972-2006."
460 - stupid NE states - why are they so small and next to each another?
500 - on to the Europe Version
